Live Painting at Charity Auction this Thursday!

I will be creating a painting live for the Artworks Foundation’s  Art of This World  event this thursday, along with pals Mike Sorgatz , and Paul St. Savage, AKA Angry Eel (er, we’ll each be painting separate works) .

Tickets are still available, and there will be a few live art and performances going on. The art will be auctioned off at 9pm. It’s a great opportunity to bid on some great art and for a great cause. The event is 6pm-10, Thursday Nov 22nd, at Pillars 38, 518 West 38th street. Follow the links for more info.

Artworks is a great organization, they provide children and young adults suffering from chronic and life-threatening illnesses, and their siblings, access to creative and performing arts programs that encourage the use of the creative process as a vehicle for healing, communication, self-expression and personal development.

ArtWorks seeks to empower, validate, and honor these children by offering them the hands-on experience and materials with which to create, as well as the opportunity to publicly share their artistic accomplishments.
